Suitable for the spraying of desserts, ice cream, parfait, sugar / isomalt showpieces, or chocolate showpieces. If the product is frozen and then sprayed with the cocoa butter spray so it gives a velvety effect.

Allergens: May contain traces of milk, sulphites and soy.
