Description:
White Port Reserve Quinta do Javali. Brown-reddish color, typical of the oxidative profile, typical for this wine category. The nose is characterized by a note of dried fruit and roasted walnuts, hazelnuts, exotic woods. On the palate, the structure is elegant and balanced and underlines a fresh acidity.
Processing:
Manual harvest. The grapes are completely destemmed before they are put into the wine press. Matured in wood for at least 10 years.
The wine did not undergo cold stabilization and is only slightly filtered.
