Traditionally, this dessert wine is dipped into the almond luggage Cantucci and drunk/eaten that way.
Drinking temperature from 10 °C to 12 °C: high storage potential.

Around the year 1000 AD. a grape called "Vernaccia" was grown in the San Gimignano area.
The name "Paradiso" first appeared in literature in the 13th century.
In 1973 the Cetti family acquired the company "Podere del Paradiso" and a structure of the current company was born.
In fact, the Poderi del Paradiso stretch out in an amphitheater of vineyards at the foot of San Gimignano. They have almost thirty hectares of vineyards and, with the invaluable help of winemaker Paolo Caciorgna, they produce more than 150,000 bottles a year.
There are almost 1,300 olive trees from which an excellent olive oil is obtained.
Although Podere del Paradiso has remained faithful to San Gimignano's Vernaccia grape, which comes in numerous versions, Paolo Caciorgna is convinced that the terroir in San Gimignano has potential to test other grape varieties as well. Since the early 1980s, Cabernet Sauvignon and Franc, Merlot, Syrah and Chardonnay have been grown in its vineyards, near the traditional Vernaccia and Sangiovese vines.
