In this seminar sugar drawing, sugar blowing, sugar pouring, you will receive a solid basic knowledge so that you can then master the basic techniques and work independently with sugar. You will get to know the different temperatures and the associated process technologies (thread, flight, chain flight, bale, breakage, etc.).
Conventional sucrose-sugar is used on the first day. The next day you will learn how to use isomalt sugar properly. An important prerequisite is to get to know both basic sugar substances (sucrose and isomalt) so that you can later decide for yourself which sugar you would like to use for your showpieces in the future.
The boiled sugar results in various blown fruits, which are beautifully decorated and make your first showpiece.
Your second showpiece consists of a blown sugar swan with a bouquet of sugar flowers (roses). The crowning glory is professional make-up and varnishing, so that you can take your self-made sugar sculptures home with you at the end.
Whether chef, cook, pastry chef, pastry chef, caterer or hobby baker - an enrichment for everyone who wants to learn about modern, contemporary pastry.
The seminar price includes non-alcoholic drinks as well as coffee and tea.
