This gin was created in 2016 according to a special recipe by Katharina Singer from the Simssee region. This Simssee Gin is characterized by a mild, harmonious and multi-faceted aroma. What could be more obvious than to name it after our beautiful Bavarian lake: Simssee! Typical juniper notes paired with selected herbs & spices such as mint, rosemary, angelica, cinnamon, coriander and citrus give it its taste and fragrance.
Made with water from the farm's own spring, from the Siegelmoss.
