Colored butter mass:
20 grams of butter
20 grams of powdered sugar
20 grams of protein
20 grams of flour
1 g food coloring (water-soluble powder sweetART)
The same preparation for both masses. Stir all ingredients with soft butter until smooth, spread into the grooves of the mat and bake at 200 °c for 4 - 6 minutes.
