For dehumidifying sugar decors, royal icing figurines, or marzipan modelling. At high humidity, Silica Gel helps to keep sugar and cake decoration dry in a closed container.
Holds and absorbs water vapour, prevents condensation.

Info:
This Silica Gel can be re-used. Dry for 20 minutes in the oven at 80 °C.
