Raw not suitable for consumption, but distilled a specialty as a fruit spirit. The berries come from the region near lake Simssee. The typically bitter, but also soft aroma of the wild mountain ash only unfolds when the red berries are harvested and fisted after a severe frost. The result is a unique rowanberry spirit with a fine note of marzipan and a long finish.
