Recipe
Raspberry powder is very versatile. Add 50 g powder to one liter of liquid (e.g. whipping cream). Whip the mixture to get a raspberry fruit whipped cream.
For a fruity finish for pralines and truffles, mix  the powder with icing sugar 1:1 and roll the chocolate covered truffles in this mixture.
