Port wine Quinta do Javali Special Reserve. Brown-reddish color, typical of the oxidative profile, typical for this wine category. The nose is characterized by a note of dried fruit and roasted walnuts, hazelnuts, exotic woods. On the palate, the structure is elegant and balanced and underlines a fresh acidity.
Processing:
Manual harvest. The grapes are completely destemmed before they are put into the wine press. Matured in wood for at least 2 years.
The wine did not undergo cold stabilization and is only slightly filtered.
