Very brown-red color in mahogany tones. The nose is characterized by aromas of figs, plums and a hint of a balsamic, cigar note. Very balanced in the mouth, round fruity and refreshing note with acid components.
Processing:
Manual harvest. The grapes are completely destemmed before they are put into the wine press. Matured in wood for 20 years.
The wine did not undergo cold stabilization and is only slightly filtered.
