The cooperatives themselves organise the harvest of the cocoa and are responsible for the fermentation and drying. This is conched and processed into chocolate/couverture in Germany by the company Lubeca.
The raw materials come from organic, sustainable cultivation and are fairly traded. This supports projects that allow sustainable cultivation and management. The cocoa farmers are rewarded fairly and appropriately.
To conserve its unique taste, no lecithin or flavor supporting aromas are added.
Use:
