For 6 Raspberry-Chocolate Muffins

100 g butter
100 g cane sugar
1 vanilla
20 g raspberry powder (sweetART article 08021)
50 g frozen raspberries
2 eggs
some baking powder
240 g wheat flour 700 (sweetART article 08533)
50 g milk chocolate (sweetART article 08127)
 
Whip butter, sugar, vanilla and raspberry powder until fluffy. Gradually add eggs and continue to beat mixture. Now add the frozen, chopped raspberries. At the end, fold in baking powder with flour and chocolate. Pour into heat-resistant paper tulips (swwetART article) and place in a heat-resistant baking tray (sweetART article 005231). Bake at 180 ° C for about 15 minutes.
