Description:
Finest almond flour with icing sugar as the basis for exquisite macarons.
Preparation:
Beat 100 g egg whites with 150 g sugar until stiff peaks form.
Then fold in the sweetART Macaron Baking Mix. Keep folding until the batter falls into ribbons.
Pipe the mixture onto baking paper and bake in a preheated oven. (fan forced oven 150 ° C).
Time: Depending on the oven and macaron size, bake for approx.14 - 18 minutes until they don’t stick to the baking paper.
Makes: approx. 80 macarons / 40 filled macarons.

Finest almond flour, sugar, color: E102 (tartrazin), E133 (brillant blue), (may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children), gluten free.
May contain traces of almond skin.
