120 g almonds
90 g icing sugar
85 g egg withe
125 g sugar
Powder color
Almonds and icing sugar finely grind. Beat egg whites and sugar, with sweet ART powder color to snow, stir in almonds and icing sugar. Dress the mass on the Macaron baking mat and let it dry out for 10 minutes. Bake it by 160° C.
