Use:
Sugar paste glue: Stir 10 g CMC with 30 g powdered sugar in 250 ml boiling water and let cool.
Binding stabilizer for sugar paste, flower paste, marzipan or modeling paste: Knead 10 g CMC with 500 g fondant, flower paste, marzipan or modeling clay well and let it rest in an airtight bag for at least two hours.
