For this Organic Premium Vodka only one ingredient goes into the bottle: organic wheat. The wheat is crushed and carefully processed into mash. The mash is then distilled 30 times through a column. This is the only way to ensure the purity and clarity of the distillate.
Now a "trained nose" is crucial. The master distiller has to carry out the sensory separation between pre-run, middle run and post-run. Only the "heart", the middle run, is used for the organic vodka. After a resting phase, the distillate is “married” with primary rock water. This organic vodka achieves a drinking strength of 40% vol.
After a storage period of at least one year, O • Vodka finds its absolute balance and mildness. This is how the world's best vodka (IWSC Trrophy winner 2012) achieves its unique character. Aroma: The Organic Premium Vodka is slightly fruity, with a subtle sweetness and is incredibly mild and soft on the palate.

Doris and Josef Farthofer run the organic distillery in Öhling near Amstetten (Austria) with passion and dedication in the fifth generation.
