BIO Organic Eggnog Liqueur
Only organic free-range eggs are used for this eggnog. Only the egg yolk is used, heated and stirred with cream, an extract of Bourbon vanilla and beet sugar. With 'Weizenkorn' (wheat grain alcohol), the liqueur is adjusted to 17%, so that it is mild to drink. Important: Highest hygiene standards are observed in the production of this liqueur. You don't have to worry about salmonella, because they cannot survive an alcohol content of over 14%. Aroma: The straw yellow color is reminiscent of freshly mixed cake batter. On the palate, delicately sweet vanilla notes unfold, the consistency is delicately smooth and creamy.
The distillery's own spring water runs through granite rock and gneisses of the Bohemian granite mass.
