BIO Organic Pear Brandy
The old pear variety "Kongressbirne" (congress pear) is notable for its size. It is probably one of the largest pears with up to twelve centimeters long and nine centimeters wide. This pear grows on the southern hillside of the "Mostviertel" area and is already ripe by the end of August. Aroma: Closest in terms of aroma is the Williams pear. Very delicate and elegant nose, strong pear notes on the palate with a finely spiced finish.
The distillery's own spring water runs through granite rock and gneisses of the Bohemian granite mass.
