BIO Organic Lemon Liqueur
For this lemon liqueur, fresh organic lemons and lemon peel are macerated. There are many essential oils in lemons which give the liqueur a unique aroma. Then the macerated lemons go into the distillery's own "Weizenkorn" (wheat grain alcohol). The lemon liqueur is refined with beet sugar and adjusted to 18% vol. alcohol drinking strength. Aroma: The lemon liqueur is pale yellow in colour and has refreshing citrus notes on the nose. A very nice interplay of sweetness and acidity unfolds on the palate.
The distillery's own spring water runs through granite rock and gneisses of the Bohemian granite mass.
