A classic, a great further education for creative chocolate design and become a chocolate expert in the process.
In this seminar for chocolate showpieces, creativity knows no bounds. You will learn how to process chocolate and couverture correctly. This includes professional temperature control in the various options (vaccination and tableting). In addition, there is the production of different decorations, casting of balls and pipes for legs and body. For this purpose, a self-made chocolate modeling compound is used for the figure's clothing. The first show piece is an approx. 30 cm tall chocolate confectioner / cook, or skier, or Easter bunny. As a further showpiece, make a scraped chocolate rose with a top and leaves.
You can of course take home your self-made showpieces.
Whether chef, cook, pastry chef, pastry chef, caterer or hobby baker - an enrichment for everyone who wants to learn about modern, contemporary pastry.
The seminar price includes non-alcoholic drinks as well as coffee and tea.
All seminar documents and materials are ready for you.
In our training kitchen, as well as aprons and all necessary equipment is available.

Robert Oppeneder one of the most creative and successful pastry chefs of today.
For a period of years he was himself Head Confectioner with Eckart Witzigmann, the Aubergine Restaurant in Munich, Master Pastry Chef in international Hotels such as the Palace Gstaad, Kowloon Shangri-la in Hong Kong and Park Hilton Munich.
Gold medal winner at several international culinary art exhibitions.
