An exciting fresh yoghurt flavor with a light sour note. The yoghurt ice cream is given a very creamy consistency by this ice cream powder.

Use:
Ice cream: Mix 250 g yoghurt ice cream powder with 625 ml skimmed milk, let stand for 5 minutes and then freeze in an ice cream machine,
or
Parfait / Semi-frozen: Mix 250 g yoghurt ice cream powder with 600 ml skimmed milk, let stand for 5 minutes. Then fold in 325 g of whipped cream and freeze in a dish.

Ingredients:
Fructose, milk powder with 26% fat, skimmed milk powder, refined coconut fat, yoghurt with inactive lactic ferments, maltodextrin, citric acid, milk protein, monoester of lactic acid and diglycerides of edible fats (lactic acid), guar gum, locust bean gum

Use:
Ice cream: mix 250 g of gelato chocolate ice-cream powder with 375 ml of hot water, let stand for 5 minutes and then freeze in the ice-cream machine.

Parfait / Semi - frozen: mix 250 g of gelato - chocolate ice - cream with 200 ml of hot water, leave to stand for 5 minutes. Then fold in 175 g of whipped cream and freeze in a dish.
