In this two-day seminar, "Modeling marzipan differently", various modeling techniques are developed. Different characters are created in a rational, but also more complex way: a skateboarder, various animals, various cartoon characters and much more. Professional make-up with airbrush and brush is a matter of course.
You can of course take your sophisticated, manufactured marzipan figures home with you.

With his revolutionary specialist book "Marzipan Art" he has launched a new era of marzipan modeling. Today Hannes Lubinger teaches young confectioners at the master school for Confectionars in Wels, Austria.
