Hannes Lubinger has made an international name for himself in his parents' pastry shop in Austria. With his revolutionary textbook “Marzipan Art” he has ushered in a new era of marzipan modeling.
In this two-day seminar, "Modeling marzipan differently", various modeling techniques are developed. Different characters are created in a rational, but also more complex way: a skateboarder, various animals, various cartoon characters and much more. Professional make-up with airbrush and brush is a matter of course.
You can of course take your sophisticated, manufactured marzipan figures home with you.
Whether chef, cook, pastry chef, pastry chef, caterer or hobby baker - an enrichment for everyone who wants to learn about modern, contemporary pastry.

In our training kitchen, as well as aprons and all necessary equipment is available.

Today Hannes Lubinger teaches young confectioners at the master school for Confectionars in Wels, Austria.
