The sheet in any pieces or strips. Pour the tempered chocolate coating thin over the sheet. Then turn the whole thing into the desired shape.
For Pastillage
Pastillage, roll out. Place the transfer film with the colored side out . Place 2-3 sheets of baking paper over it and iron it with moderate heat. Take off the baking paper and sheet carefully.
